Make sure that:

• The main switches are switched off.

• The septic tank discharge valve is closed.

• There is no water in the bilge.

• The bilge pumps are functional.

• The deck draining works properly and all the draining valves are open.

• All deck hatches, roof canvas and doors are tightly closed.
